All the procedures are important to follow for security and comfort at work, in my opinion the most important thing is choose a password that is difficult to guess and change your password every 9 weeks because when the password used is known by others it can be misused, used for crime, important files are stolen etc

For security and safety at work using a computer, install AntiVirus, its function is to prevent various kinds of computer viruses that can damage the computer and eliminate important data, regularly update computers such as software installed on computers that need to be updated to maintain computer security  open websites that are not clear, such as pirated sites that contain pathogenic viruses that can spread to computer devices and be careful when downloading files from the internet, because there could also be viruses or malware in them.

4.Log in to your PC if you are not logged in, then open the start menu. Then click the Desktop icon on the Start menu. After that, right-click on the desktop screen to display a pop up menu. Then select 'Screen Resolution'. The Screen Resolution menu appears. Then there will be options in the drop-down such as Display, Resolution, and Orientation. If you have multiple monitors connected, there will be an additional drop down called 'Multiple Displays'. Ignore this option if you don't have multiple monitors connected. Then select an option in the 'Resolution' drop-down. It contains resolution options which can be shifted according to our needs by swiping up to increase the resolution and swipe down to decrease the resolution.

 But not all computers support all resolutions. Check the computer manual and the video card document for maximum resolution capabilities. After that Select the required resolution then click 'Apply' at the bottom of the window. It will take about 15 minutes to confirm the selected resolution. Then select 'Keep Changes' to set the resolution to permanent, or click 'Revert' to revert to the previous settings. Finally click 'OK' to close the window. If you want to adjust other components, make sure to click 'Apply' to save your changes before pressing 'OK'. Sometimes these settings are not always the same depending on the application or program that is running, for example games. To solve this, set the resolution in the respective application or program settings to match the Windows resolution setting.
