Answers:
1. Recalling the password that was created, asking for forgotten password will usually be given a choice of security questions, recovery e-mail address, and recovery phone number after that create a new password and record it in a note so that if you forget it you can see it in the note.
2.To solve the internet problem that is down, try to access the internet again after a while or use a VPN (Virtual Private Network), which is a connection between one network and another through the internet network.
3.The easiest way is to restart the computer or you can use other methods if you still can't, such as deleting documents to print manually in the document queue in the print queue window, deleting these documents from the spool folder in the Windows \ System32 folder, or by close a session on the printer.
4.Log in to your PC if you are not logged in, then open the start menu. Then click the Desktop icon on the Start menu. After that, right-click on the desktop screen to display a pop up menu. Then select 'Screen Resolution'. The Screen Resolution menu appears. Then there will be options in the drop-down such as Display, Resolution, and Orientation. If you have multiple monitors connected, there will be an additional drop down called 'Multiple Displays'. Ignore this option if you don't have multiple monitors connected. Then select an option in the 'Resolution' drop-down. It contains resolution options which can be shifted according to our needs by swiping up to increase the resolution and swipe down to decrease the resolution.
But not all computers support all resolutions. Check the computer manual and the video card document for maximum resolution capabilities. After that Select the required resolution then click 'Apply' at the bottom of the window. It will take about 15 minutes to confirm the selected resolution. Then select 'Keep Changes' to set the resolution to permanent, or click 'Revert' to revert to the previous settings. Finally click 'OK' to close the window. If you want to adjust other components, make sure to click 'Apply' to save your changes before pressing 'OK'. Sometimes these settings are not always the same depending on the application or program that is running, for example games. To solve this, set the resolution in the respective application or program settings to match the Windows resolution setting.
