How to buy a airline e-ticket in Traveloka

1. Firstly, go to the Traveloka website.

2. Second, On the Traveloka homepage, tap Flight Tickets.  Fill in your origin, destination, travel date, number of passengers and flight class in the search box, then tap Search Tickets.

3. Next select the plane ticket you want, then tap Continue to Booking.

4. Then fill in the customer data and traveler details.  Please make sure to fill in the name and data according to the identity card such as KTP or passport.  If your name uses punctuation, please enter your name without the punctuation mark. 

5. After that, Scroll down to purchase the extras you need, such as extra baggage, seat options, meals and insurance, then tap Continue to Payment.  Make sure your order details are correct, then tap Yes, Continue to Payment.

6. Then Select the payment method you want and make a payment.  Please make sure that the nominal payment is correct and make the payment before the deadline runs out.  If not, you will have to rebook your plane ticket.

7. Finally Click View Purchase Progress to see the status of your order and you will receive an e-ticket via email after your payment has been confirmed.
