                    CHAPTER REPORT

The comparative adjective is used to compare the differences between two objects.
We use comparative adjectives to show change or make comparisons:
There are two ways to make or to "form" a comparative adjective:
• short adjectives: add "-er"
• long adjectives: use "more"
 If an adjectives ends in – Y change the – Y to – I and add – ER
Example:
if the adjective ends in -y, change the y to i happy → happier
 
The superlatives EST/MORE compares three or more things or people.
 Adjectives that consist of one syllable are added with –est..
Exsample:
thin-thinnes

Adjectives and adverbs that are more than syllables are added most in front of them.
Exsample:
            difficult-most

ANSWER=  uses on filling up information technology(IT) positions in software companies. An IT Recruiter deals with different types of IT requirements related to different IT skills or technologies such as PHP, Java, .Net, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, SEO, Digital Marketing etc.Non-IT Recruitment is basically recruiting in all the sectors other than Information Technology(IT) sector. It includes many sectors like Aerospace, building Material, FMCG, Agro Commodities, BFSI, Medical and Healthcare, Industrial, Retail, Real Estate, Media & Entertainment etc.

ANWER=  The cheapest is IT software

ANWER= The most expensive is It non software

4.Which is the most/least reliable?
ANSWER= Is IT non software

5.Which is the most difficult/easier to use?
ANWER= the most difficult one is non-IT software and the easiest to use is IT software

6.Which is the best/worst?
ANSWER= The best is IT software and the worst is non-IT software because it is not designated by the company

7.Which is the most/least user-friendly?
ANSWER= the most IT friendly is non software
